Why we exist
The research peptide market has a trust problem. Researchers regularly receive batches that fail purity checks, vials that are mislabeled, or get ghosted by suppliers when something goes wrong. We started Vitalyx because we'd been on the receiving end of all three.
Our solution isn't complicated — it's just disciplined:
- Every batch goes through independent HPLC analysis before it's offered for sale.
- Every order ships with a verifiable COA available on request, tied to the lot number printed on the vial.
- Every customer support ticket is answered by someone who can actually read an analytical chromatogram.
What we don't do
We don't sell “research grade” products that have never seen a third-party lab. We don't cut peptides with mannitol or unannounced excipients to bulk out vials. We don't make medical claims about compounds we sell — not because of a legal disclaimer, but because doing so makes our customers unsafe and undermines the research framing this entire industry depends on.
