Shipping policies
All orders are dispatched from our European facility using tracked, signed-for couriers. We use insulated packaging with cold packs for temperature-sensitive compounds during summer months and on long-distance routes.
You receive a tracking number by email at dispatch. Most EU destinations arrive within 2–5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost (typically after 14 days of no movement), we ship a replacement at no cost or issue a refund — your choice.
We do not consider packages “lost” due to courier delays under 7 business days. Carriers occasionally show stale tracking; the package is usually still moving.
For EU destinations, no customs declaration is required. For destinations outside the EU (where supported), the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any duties, taxes, or licensing required to receive the package legally.
If a package is seized or refused at customs in a destination where the buyer should have known the compound is restricted, no refund applies. Please confirm legality before ordering if you’re unsure.
All compounds we ship are sold strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not pharmaceuticals, supplements, or veterinary products. They are not approved for human or animal use, diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical application.
